the sleeve does come out for cleaning, but I'm about 5 inches in circumference and I can barely feel the stroking at all. I have gotten very hard and felt it and it felt good. If your my size or smaller, don't get it. If you bigger then should be good.

Billy, even if you're big it still doesn't work. The motor just bogs down and barely even strokes. To get off I had to use it just like a sleeve and manually push it up and down right until I was about to climax and then I let it finish me off... which was nothing impressive. Two major thumbs down.
